Milwaukee is an elite weekend trip choice. The original brew city is home to major league baseball, beer, the Harley-Davidson museum, and hipster vibes. Let's browse some of the most popular hotspots that you should check out!

To kick it off, watch a Bucks game at Fiserv Forum! Situated in Deer District, Fiserv Forum is a modern entertainment center that opened in 2018 and features many events, including concerts from major artists and sporting events. The Milwaukee Bucks NBA team plays all of their home games there. Get dropped off early and pregame close by at New Fashioned where you can eat and play too!

Have a snack & drink at Camp, with multiple locations! Be environmentally immersed in a north woodsy cabin with cheese curds, pizza, and more for a unique experience.

Get a massage at the Pfister Hotel spa. The Pfister has been around since 1893, decorated with Victorian art, and is rumored to be home to just as many ghosts as guests. The WELL spa has many different services including Turkish baths, hydrotherapy, haircuts, etc., to pamper yourself.

See a live band or twenty at Summerfest! Since 1968, this annual worlds-largest-music-festival features multiple free stages with an admission ticket, as well as headlining acts performing at America Family Insurance Amphitheatre. My best friend Brooke & I have seen both Thomas Rhett and Megan Thee Stallion together at the festival. In addition, there's food, experiences, shopping, activities, and FUN!

Explore the city! Milwaukee is a beautiful place to wander, shop, and appreciate the architecture.

See a show at the Rave/Eagles Club. This venue has multiple different rooms for artists to perform in, depending on the amount of tickets sold; and it's typically very affordable. When you sign up for updates, they'll send you their latest lineup and sometimes free tickets! The Jonas Brothers shot their 'When You Look Me In The Eyes' music video here.

Have a day at the lake! Lake Michigan, to be exact. The water is cold, so you'll want to be there in July & August for maximum heat. Rent jet skis, go kite boarding, or relax in the sand.

Milwaukee is an old city! Its history dates back to the 1700s, and that means ghost tours are prevalent. You can also see some American horror history, like the roots of Jeffrey Dahmer's infamous apartment building on North 25th Street that has since been torn down. The empty lot exists on the side of the one still standing.

At some point, you'll need to eat. Get brunch at Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar. We tried some of their specialty drinks and fried green tomatoes. Tupelo Honey is a popular spot with multiple locations across the United States. My personal favorite dining locations in MKE are 1) a taco joint legally named Vagabond; which I call the Rutabaga because I can never remember its real name and 2) Milwaukee Public Market.

Another excellent breakfast spot is First Watch, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Obviously, there's still unexplored portions of MKE like the popular American Family Field, Pabst Mansion, Miller Brewery, and more... but now you've got some spots to check out for yourself! Take a look at some more ideas here.
